One of the craziest things about working at GradConnect is that we don’t have a single pissed off client. Sure, we haven’t grown to be a mammoth game-changer, and neither have we successfully helped every single person that came across since 2013. Bad things happened, and great things happened too. The team broke down at times, the office went bonkers, and yet we held on and made sure that none of our clients hate us for delivering a shoddy service.
In the last 180 days, we have dealt with 1305+ people – and not a single left with a bitter taste in their mouth – I can personally vouch for that.
